Jeff, a lifelong Wisconsin resident, grew up on a farm near Westby before relocating to the Madison area, where he graduated from Middleton High School. After earning his real estate license in 1984, Jeff joined his family in the real estate business, working for Wisconsin Investment Properties, a division of Weber Realty, while pursuing a marketing degree at the University of La Crosse. In 1991, Jeff met Carmen, who had moved to Madison from Davenport, Iowa, in 1986. After earning her high school diploma in Madison and attending Madison Area Technical College, Carmen joined Jeff in the real estate world after they married in 1992. Together they have been a top performing husband/wife team offering over 65 years of full time real estate experience and expertise to thousands of happy clients and customers.

Together, Jeff and Carmen raised two daughters, Shelby and Emily, who attended Kimberly High School and then went on to graduate from UW Oshkosh and UW-Green Bay. Seeking a great community and top-notch schools, they moved to the Fox Valley area, and have been thrilled with the local school systems.

Outside of real estate, the Weber family enjoys a variety of activities, including camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, and spending quality time at home with their daughters and thier dog.
